Mark Bruce, Partner
With over 18 years experience in the Food & Drink sector, Mark has held executive positions in a range of companies, including large multi-national organisations and smaller UK based businesses. Mark was a main board director in Lightbody Celebration Cakes, one of the most successful Scottish food companies of recent years.
Most recently he was Brands Director at Finsbury Foods, a major player in the UK Bakery industry. He left this business in 2010, and since then has been working with a number of SME's within Scotland to develop Commercial Strategies that drive growth and profit, joining Company Growth in 2011.
Mark has wide experience in establishing and sustaining sales for both branded and retailer label products in a variety of sales channels in both domestic and export markets.
Mark is passionate about assisting businesses in creating the growth strategy that is correct for them, and then working with the management teams to translate this strategy into day to day actions that make a real difference.
