Document Outsourcing Ltd is a well established provider of critical mail services. The company manages essential mail and data for clients, distributing up to a million crucial call-to-action letters every week.

The Challenge

The high level of responsibility Document Outsourcing has towards clients requires absolutely smooth, flawless operations. While the company has been successful in this, Managing Director Colin Rutherford felt the culture was predominantly tactical and operational, and needed greater long term strategic vision.

In addition, with a relatively new management team in place due to structural changes, there was a need to ensure those in a leading role understood one another's strengths and weaknesses, and how best to work together effectively.

Company Growth has since supported management in creating a business strategy roadmap, identifying core strengths and developing areas in need of improvements.

Document Outsourcing has gone onto expand with the launch of a new site in Warrington, adding to the existing Bellshill facility.

The Result

The client now benefits from an integral, long term system for identifying areas for improvement, boosting communication and leadership, setting and monitoring company targets and an energising optimism for growing the company.

Document Outsourcing now has plans to introduce a third arm of the company, managing, receiving and processing mail for clients, which Company Growth will help bring to fruition.
